We recognise that certain users may require a guaranteed advanced level of service for business-critical operations over their Broadband ADSL or SDSL connections. Our Enhanced Care provides guaranteed fault response and resolution times, assuring the Broadband connection continues to run smoothly.

Enhanced Care is available as an option and offers a 2 hour response time from the initial fault being logged, with a 20 clock hour fix to totally clear the fault. Out of hours engineering visits to site may be used to complete a repair if unrestricted access is available

This service level guarantee is backed by BT Wholesale who commits to supply BT Engineers to repair any identified faults at your premises.
